Dudley, DY and the Black Country.
A tight local patch we actually know, rather than a claim to cover the whole West Midlands. If you are just outside it, ask — we will either come or tell you honestly that someone closer is a better bet.
Dudley, Netherton, Sedgley & the Gornals
The centre of the patch. Terraced streets with rear entries — which makes clearances easier than they look, because we rarely have to carry through the house. Sedgley and the Gornals climb, so access is about where the van can legally sit rather than distance.
Brierley Hill, Quarry Bank & Kingswinford
A mix of older industrial housing and newer estate building, plus the retail and trading estates. Good access for the most part, and a lot of our commercial and trade collections come from here.
Stourbridge, Wollaston, Amblecote & Wordsley
Bigger properties, longer gardens, more outbuildings, and the highest share of full house clearances anywhere we work. Also where a clearance most often turns out to be double the volume anyone estimated.
More detail →Halesowen & Cradley Heath
Post-war estates, semis with garages, and the steeper streets running towards the Clent hills where a loaded van needs thinking about. Borough edges meet here and we cover both sides.
More detail →Coseley & the Tipton edge
The northern fringe of the patch. Canal-side housing, older terraces, and a fair amount of landlord and end-of-tenancy work.

Send a couple of photos and the postcode. That is usually all we need to put a figure on it.
