The bread and butter. Whatever has accumulated — in the garage, the spare room, behind the shed — gets loaded onto a van and taken somewhere it is supposed to go. You do not carry any of it.
Most of our Dudley work starts the same way. Somebody has been meaning to deal with a pile for months, it has quietly grown, and now there is a reason — a house sale, a new carpet, a relative moving in, or simply having had enough of parking the car outside because the garage is full.
What goes on the van

What we will not take
Asbestos, clinical or offensive waste, chemicals, solvents, gas bottles and anything hazardous. These need a specialist carrier and separate paperwork, and any firm that shrugs and says "chuck it on" is one you should not be using. Ask us anyway and we will point you at someone who can deal with it properly.
Why a van instead of a skip
For a one-off clear-out, a van wins on nearly every count. There is no permit needed for a skip on the road, no delivery to wait for and no collection to chase, nothing sitting outside your house for a week quietly filling up with the neighbours' rubbish, and crucially, nobody in your household is dragging a wardrobe down the stairs.
A skip still makes sense for a long building project where waste accumulates daily. For everything else, we would rather come once and take it.
How the price is worked out
Volume is the main thing — how much room it takes on the van. Then what it is, because a load of soil or rubble weighs far more than the same volume of cardboard and costs more to dispose of. Then access: a ground-floor garage with the door open is quicker than a third-floor flat with a shared stairwell.
Send a few photos with your postcode and we will put a figure in writing. Photographs are genuinely more useful than a description — nobody estimates their own pile accurately, and we would rather quote what is actually there.

Rubbish removal questions
Do you take bagged rubbish and loose stuff together?
Yes, and most loads are a mix. Bags from a clear-out, a broken wardrobe, a roll of old carpet and half a shed. It all goes on the same van and gets separated at the other end rather than by you beforehand.
Can you collect from a back garden or an alley?
Usually. Plenty of Dudley terraces have an entry or a shared alley round the back, and that is often easier than carrying through the house. Tell us which way in you would prefer and whether there is a gate we need a key for.
Is it cheaper if we put it out front first?
A little, because it saves us carrying time — but only do it if it is safe and legal to leave it there. Waste left on a pavement or verge is technically fly-tipping until it is collected, and it is your name attached to it. Most people are better off letting us carry.
Do you do regular collections for a business?
Yes. Small shops, workshops and offices around Dudley often want something between a domestic bin and a full trade contract. Commercial waste carries a duty of care, so we provide the transfer documentation each time.
What if there is more than we said?
We will tell you before we load it rather than after. If the pile has grown since the photos, the figure changes and you hear about it while you still have a choice.
