Halesowen is largely twentieth-century housing — inter-war and post-war semis, estates built out from the old town, and newer infill. That shapes what we clear. There are fewer terraces and rear entries than in Dudley, and far more garages, drives and reasonably sized gardens.
Garages, mostly

Do you cover Cradley Heath as well?
Yes — B64 alongside Halesowen. The borough boundaries get confusing round here and people are never quite sure whose council they are in. It makes no difference to us; we cover both sides.
The house is on a steep road. Is that a problem?
It is worth mentioning, which most people do not. The streets running up toward the Clent hills are steep enough that where we park changes how the job runs, and a loaded van needs somewhere sensible to sit. It rarely stops anything, it just wants planning.

Do you take fridges and freezers from a garage?
